About the event
This 60-minute, in-person clinic is hosted by Mindset Gear, a mental and emotional performance company supporting youth and adult bowlers in strengthening their mental games. During this clinic, athletes will learn and practice Mindset Focus exercises to use during practice and competition to get focused, stay focused, and rebound after distractions or upsets. This event is limited to 30 athletes.
